JANUARY - MANIFESTING
Happy New Year PAUSE family!
Manifesting is the deliberate act of putting energy & action into attaining a goal. Although each month serves as opportunity to set new intentions [especially around the new moons] the start of a new year is a ripe time to start the practice of manifestation. A few key steps needed to manifesting in the New Year:
Belief: you must truly believe in yourself and your aspirations. When we have the capacity to see it and believe it, then we have the capacity to receive it.
Reflect: Each year is like an entire life within itself, so we must reflect upon each month in order to asses where we have been to determine where we want to go.
Action: Once we have clarity on our path, we need to apply achievable goals that will help bring in the energy we want in our lives.
I want to share my year in review journal ritual with each of you. Allow yourself some time for this process, feel free to take the first week or two to answer the following prompts.
2023 REVIEW
Describe your favorite memories from the past year.
How have your relationships evolved throughout the year? What important relationships did you cultivate or strengthen?
What was the most valuable lesson you learned?
How did you step outside of your comfort zone?
Describe a moment when you felt the most alive and inspired.
What or who are you most thankful for?
List your accomplishments for the year. Be generous with yourself!
What unexpected opportunities came your way?
How did you handle setbacks or disappointments? What challenged you this year? Be specific.
What did you learn about how you handle challenges this year that can help you handle them better in the future? Be honest, but don’t judge yourself.
What distracted you this year?
Describe a time when you demonstrated resilience and perseverance.
How did you prioritize self-care and well-being?
Reflect on the times when you felt proud of yourself.
What habits or behaviors did you let go of?
Describe an act of kindness you showed others.
Reflect on the times when you practiced gratitude and appreciation.
Describe a moment when you faced and conquered a fear.
Reflect on the times when you made a difference in someone’s life.
How did you embrace new opportunities for learning and growth?
What memorable trips or adventures did you embark on?
What would you like to forget about this year, if anything? Do you have any regrets? Anything you would like to have done differently?
What was the emotional tone of the year? What were the dominating emotional patterns? Don’t forget the good ones.
Capture your year as a color, a taste, a feeling, a visual or a smell.
Is there anyone to forgive, including yourself? What needs to be forgiven?
If you had known this year would be your last year on earth, would you have done anything differently? If yes, what would that be?
If 2023 was a movie what would the title be

How will you prioritize self-care and well-being in the new year?
how do you want your body to feel this year?

Reflect on the ways in which you’ll practice gratitude and appreciation every day.

Describe how you’ll prioritize giving back and making a positive impact.

Picture yourself - on Dec 31st of 2024, what do you see? who are you? where are you? what do you see? how do you feel? what are you doing? who are you with?

With the meditations, I suggest using headphones to fully immerse yourself in the moment. We have given suggestions of seating options, but find whats right for you. Feel free to download them and have them with you at all times.

Intent is to help you connect with your body to assess how you truly feel. Can be done seated or laying down.

Perfectly paired when reflecting on new year, but can be done every new moon. Can be done seated or laying down.

This session is designed to activate the parts of our brain & body where new ideas are developed. Best experienced laying down with eye closed or covered, with headphones or in a quiet room on a speaker.

Designed to engage both sides of our brain. Can be used as part of your morning or evening routine. Ideal with headphones.
