This course offers a powerful set of tools and practices to create long-lasting foundations in your life. I have designed the course so that it is simple and approachable, yet profoundly impactful. By training to pay attention to your mind, body, and emotions in a different way, you can step into a place of power to design your life and open your heart. Bringing meditation and mindfulness to your daily life is a playful adventure, and a gift for yourself & everyone around you.

  • In-depth study of the science of meditation 

  • Explore the history and philosophy behind mindfulness and other contemplative traditions 

  • Learn various meditation postures and breathing techniques

  • Practice and experience a variety of meditations

  • Gain a basic understanding of the subtle (energetic) body from an Eastern perspective

  • How to embody meditation your daily life

  • Scripts to start your facilitating practice with.

  • No tools are required. We will provide all of the mats & cushions for the in person practices.

  • Yes, you don't need any previous experience. Our courses are designed to teach you everything you'll need to know to start your journey.

  • If you are looking to share meditation with others professionally, we suggest taking the meditation course with the ADD ON facilitator portion.

  • All of our in person courses are offered at Kasa Kanekshun, our sound sanctuary in Miami.
